Design of a corporate identity for a city district. Following the withdrawal of the German Bundeswehr, a new district is to be developed on the site of the Fürstenfeldbruck airbase. A holistic corporate identity was developed for this. The design is intended to get people excited about the aero district and encourage them to live there sustainably.

Eye-catching design elements are used to draw attention to the city of the future and create the image of a feel-good place. The key visual is derived from the many hangars located near the runway. The hangars symbolize the historical background of the airbase and are therefore an important part of the district.

The key visual was inspired by the semi-circular shape of the hangar. It is divided into two to three segments. These are filled with colors or images. In addition to the key visual, geometric shapes can also be found in the typography, iconography and other assets. The result is a uniform appearance that is playful yet structured.

Future residents of this district are addressed both digitally through social media and a website, as well as haptically via print material such as flyers or small gifts like stickers.
