Branding and conceptual project for creating a sustainable cosmetic company. The goal for this project was to develop a concept for reusable packaging of cosmetic products.
According to the principle of „Cradle to Cradle“ we developed a concept which contains longlasting bottles that can be refilled with a decomposable container. For this there was a fictional company created and designed their corporate identity.


In addition to the development of the actual product, a large part of the project was to familiarize the customer with the sustainable approach and explain the advantages of reusable products. External communication via social media and the company's own website plays a major role here.
The website contains an area with detailed information on the sustainable mechanics of the product, as well as an integrated online store. The option to purchase the products via a subscription has been integrated here, as this mechanism works extremely well together with the refill concept of the product.
In addition, a skincare quiz was added to the website to guide the customer to their perfect product, thus preventing them from not purchasing their suitable product.





The product design as well as the corporate design was inspired by the 1920s. We wanted to give a sustainable product, which can quickly be labeled as “eco”, a high-quality and luxurious look.
The packaging of the “Vial” is made of dark green glass, making it durable, reusable and elegant. The refill product, the “Drop”, is made of compostable materials and is designed in the style of the brand's drop-shaped logo. The refill product is available in 3 different sizes and each fits perfectly into the packaging of the “Vial”.
Each product was also embellished with the brand's design elements and provided with a banderole.
